Terms of Service
These terms govern the manufacturing relationship between Dongguan Humen Darmax Garment Factory and our business clients. Please read carefully before initiating production.
By placing an order with Dongguan Humen Darmax Garment Factory ("Darmax", "we", "us"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all OEM/ODM services, sample development, and mass production orders.
Scope of Services
Darmax provides professional garment manufacturing solutions including but not limited to:
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Production based entirely on the Client's tech packs, patterns, and design specifications.
- ODM (Original Design Manufacturer): Production based on Darmax's in-house designs, modified to fit Client's branding.
- Private Label: Custom branding, woven labels, hang tags, and packaging services.
Orders & Minimums (MOQ)
Minimum quantity depends on fabric consumption and colorways. We aim to utilize fabric rolls efficiently to reduce waste.
We support start-ups with flexible quantities. Orders below MOQ may incur surcharges to cover setup costs for cutting, printing, and embroidery molds.

Sample fees only
- Deposit: A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required to commence raw material sourcing and production.
- Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment release.
- Currency: All quotes and invoices are in USD unless otherwise agreed.
Production Timeline
Sample Development
7–10 Days
Calculated after tech pack & fabric confirmation.
Mass Production
20–35 Days
Starts after deposit & Pre-Production (PP) sample approval.
Quality & Returns
Quality Standards
We adhere to AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards. Our internal process includes 4 stages: IQC (Incoming), IPQC (In-Process), FQC (Final), and OQC (Outgoing). We welcome 3rd party inspections (SGS, BV) arranged by the client.
Return Policy for Custom Goods
Since all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or sales performance issues.
Claims for manufacturing defects (e.g., wrong material, significant measurement deviation, construction errors) must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
We strictly protect our clients' intellectual property. All tech packs, patterns, and designs provided by you remain your sole property. Darmax agrees not to share, sell, or reproduce your specific designs for other parties without explicit written permission.
Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW) Humen.
- Client is responsible for shipping costs, import duties, and taxes.
- We can assist in arranging logistics via air or sea freight carriers.
- Risk of loss transfers to the Client once goods are handed over to the carrier.
